Generating Clean Energy

The Converging World promotes a more sustainable and equitable future that is much less dependent on fossil fuels. All donations are invested in small and large-scale renewable energy projects in emerging economies. All the profits from those investments in turn provide regular, long-term funding for sustainable development work around the world and the expansion of the renewable energy sector in developing countries.

The Converging World currently operates two turbines in Tamil Nadu, which together will produce over 6.5 million units (kilowatt hours) of electricity every year which is sold into the regional electricity grid.

We are working towards replicating this scale of project elsewhere in India and also in Africa and South America.
